Summer is finally here, and to celebrate I bought myself my own ice cream maker! The Ice Cream Ball is the perfect addition to any BBQ, picnic or garden party, as it allows you to create yummy homemade ice cream, in a fun way. So how does it work? It’s quite simple – there’s two outer chambers of the Ice Cream Ball – in one you cram as much ice into it as possible (you will need at least 1 full bag), with 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) of rock salt (don’t worry, it doesn’t come in contact with the ice cream).
